Day 2: Plant the seeds
After having let the seeds try for about a day, I’ve now planted them. After preparing a few little pots with some compost, I put about 5-7 seeds in each one. As I don’t know if they will grow out of their official season, this increases the chance of having at least a few growing into plants.
Then I covered them up nicely with some more compost and watered them.
Here they are in their new temporary home 🙂
{Now you can prepare some little pots with fresh compost, where the seeds are going to be planted into. I’m using these biodegradable pots that can then be planted into the earth directly without needing to be transplanted per se. Just dig a new hole and pop the whole thing in. This means that the roots that have already established themselves can be kept the way they are and don’t have to start fresh.}
