Day 43: Final harvest

Today is the final harvest. Due to the many rains these days, some of the radishes have cracked open, they’ve literally burst with water. The good thing is, they have grown a lot and the more there is to eat the better, right? 😉 We munched them with a bit of salt, accompanied by a very delicious avocado.

I’ve left 3 little plants, which will hopefully grow to be nice radish bushes, providing me the pods with the seeds for next year.
