Really taking their sweet time

Not sure if the passion fruit seeds are actually doing something or if they’ve decided to just not. After 5 weeks already, the container that I’ve planted them all in still looks exactly the same, no sign of any sprouting or anything.

I’ve been keeping it nice and damp, as with all the other seeds that I’ve grown, but these guys haven’t budged. Maybe they need a bit longer? I’ve read online that it may take some time, but it just feels very weird to see no progress at all.
