And the other half

The rest of the salad has been prepared now. This time there was only enough for 1 big bowl. Strangely enough, the taste of today’s salad wasn’t as delicious as the previous ones. It must be due to them having been ready for eating for too long and their process of becoming a plant with flowers. Also they might not have received enough water during their life, so the flavour was very intense, maybe simply too much?
I’m already looking forward to harvesting the next batch after they’re planted and have grown enough 🙂
