Like little rockets

The speed at which garlics grow is amazing! After just a week, the shoots already peek out and start their trip upwards. It’s so great to watch them, as with each day, they grow quite a bit. Also, by having planted quite a few in one go, they don’t all pop out at the same time, so every day is like a little treasure hunt to see which ones have made the breakthrough.
