Gone with the wind

The hydroponics isn’t working for me. This time around, the wind has decided to bring an abrupt stop to the experiment, by blowing it all away, literally. Fortunately, one of the plants was rescued and is now planted in soil, properly.

I think I’ll put the hydroponics on pause for a while. Reading about it and watching videos of people explaining their installations, what I’m trying won’t work anyway. I don’t have any pump circulating the water, no bubbling for oxygen to mix into the water, no special nutrient solution. It seems that a proper hydroponics setup is a lot more than what I was trying. Well, it was a fun experiment with some limited result, so I’m glad I gave it a try.
